Painting services for your home or property

Interior painting

We refresh rooms, repaint worn walls, and finish repaired areas so they blend in. Walls, ceilings, accent colors, and high ceilings are all part of the job.

Exterior painting

We paint exterior surfaces and prepare them for the material and condition they're in. Peeling coatings, height, and exposure shape the preparation and the schedule.

Doors and trim

Interior doors, entry doors, baseboards, and door casing are a good way to make a home look finished. We can paint one door or a whole house of trim.

Painting several rooms at once? Tell us the areas and your deadline, and we'll work toward it. We can pair painting with other property maintenance and repair work, so one call covers the whole list.

Good prep makes the paint last

Paint gives a surface its look, and a sound, clean surface is what makes that look last. We match the preparation to the surface and its existing coating, so the patch doesn't show when we're done.

  1. We look at the surface. Holes, cracks, peeling paint, stains, and worn wood all get noted up front so the plan covers them.
  2. We make the repairs. That can include drywall patching and texture repairs or carpentry and trim work, so the paint goes over a smooth, solid surface.
  3. We prepare for the coating. Cleaning, surface preparation, and primer depend on the material, the existing finish, and the paint. We also protect the work area, so your space stays tidy.

For exterior work, a sound, dry surface is the foundation of a good coating. Sherwin-Williams's surface preparation guidance explains why the condition underneath the paint matters.

How much does painting cost?

The price depends on the rooms or surfaces and how much prep they need.

Getting a free estimate is easy: tell us what you need, add a photo if you have one, and we'll take it from there. You'll know exactly what's included before any work starts.

Choose the color and finish for the surface

Sheen is how much shine the finish has. Lower-sheen finishes soften the look of small surface imperfections, while glossier finishes reflect more light and show more detail. Cleaning needs and the particular paint product matter too.

Walls, ceilings, and frequently handled doors often do best with different products or finishes. Tell us your preferred color and how the room is used, and we'll help you land on a finish that suits it. Color samples look best in the space itself, under its normal lighting.

A newly painted door should open and close smoothly. If a door rubs or doesn't close well, we can fold in door adjustment or repair so the door fits right and looks great.

Plan around drying time and Orlando weather

Exterior painting goes best in a good weather window. Rain, humidity, and surface temperature all affect how a coating goes on and dries, so we schedule around the paint's requirements, including the time it needs before rain.

Inside, we allow for preparation, drying between coats, and ventilation. Paint that feels dry may still be curing, which means it hasn't reached its full hardness yet. We'll let you know when it's ready for closing doors, moving furniture back, and cleaning. Benjamin Moore explains how closing freshly painted surfaces too soon can cause sticking.

Interior and exterior painting questions

Can you touch up paint instead of repainting the whole wall?

Touch-ups work well for small areas. How well they blend depends on the original paint, sheen, texture, and age. If you have leftover paint or its label, that helps. When a patch would still show, painting the wall from corner to corner gives a consistent, finished look.

Can I provide my own paint?

Yes. If you've already picked out a paint, tell us the brand, color, and sheen, and we'll plan the job around it. We'll sort out the material details as part of your estimate.

Are drywall repairs, doors, and trim included?

We can do it all in one job: wall repairs, ceilings, doors, and trim along with the painting. Your estimate lists each surface, so you know exactly what the finished job covers.

What happens with furniture and the space?

We talk through the space with you when we plan the job, including furniture, pets, and the hours that work best. For exterior work, we plan access around the surfaces being painted.
