Orlando Handyman installs and repairs dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, washers, and dryers. Tell us what you need installed or what has stopped working, and the brand and model if you have them. We'll review the job and explain the plan up front.

Kitchen and laundry appliances
Every appliance and every symptom is a little different. Once we know the model and what it's doing, we explain the repair and the scope before any parts or work are agreed.
Planning the fit and the hookup
A good installation starts with how the appliance fits the space and the connections behind it. Two models with the same advertised width can differ in depth, clearance, mounting, and supply needs, so we plan around the one you're actually putting in.
- Space and access: the opening, the path in, and room for doors to swing and the appliance to open fully.
- Power and supply: the existing electrical connection and, where it applies, the water supply, shutoff, or gas connection, matched to the new model.
- Drainage and ventilation: the dishwasher or washer drain, the dryer vent arrangement, or the microwave ventilation route.
- Parts and mounting: the hoses, cords, brackets, and model-specific hardware that make the finished installation clean and secure.
Moving to a different size or a new spot? Tell us about it and we'll plan the fit and the hookup before you buy, so there are no surprises on installation day.
Repairs that start with a clear picture of the problem
The more we know about what the appliance is doing, the faster we get to the cause. When the issue started, which part of the cycle it fails in, and whether it happens every time all help point us in the right direction.
An error code is a good clue, and we treat it as one. "The washer stops before spinning and shows this code" tells us far more than "the washer is broken." A recent move, a new installation, or an earlier repair can also help explain what's going on.
A photo of the model label is plenty to get started. We take it from there and explain what we find in plain terms.
How much does appliance installation or repair cost?
The price depends on the appliance and whether it's a straight swap, a new install or a repair.
Getting a free estimate is easy: tell us what you need, add a photo if you have one, and we'll take it from there. You'll know exactly what's included before any work starts.
Request an Appliance EstimateRepair or replace the appliance?
Sometimes a single part gets a sound appliance running like new. Other times, repeated problems or hard-to-find parts make a replacement the better move. We'll talk it through with you and give you a straight read on each option.
If you go with a new unit, we can plan the installation alongside it, including the fit, the connections, and any hardware the new model needs, so the whole job comes together in one go.
Appliance service questions
Should I buy the replacement before contacting you?
Feel free to call first. Tell us about the appliance you're considering and the space, and we'll plan the fit and the hookup before you buy. If you've already ordered it, send us the model and delivery date and we'll schedule around it.
Do you work on my brand or model?
Send us the brand, model, and what's going on, and Sean will review it. We'll let you know the plan and the next step.
Can the repair be completed in one visit?
It depends on the problem, the access, and the parts involved. Some repairs wrap up quickly, and others start with a look at the appliance so we can pin down the cause.
